Over 150 community members attended the event to hear Nick Saul speak and discuss food issues in Guelph-Wellington, including The Seed Community Food Hub. 
Speaker Plants the Seed for Community Food Hubs in Guelph – Guelph Mercury

Since the event, members of The Seed Community Food Hub have been presenting the short-term recommendations for improving the current emergency food system and their long-term vision for a community food hub to various stakeholder groups. It has also been announced that part of the proceeds from the Taste Real Field Dinner will go to The Seed Community Food Hub Committee. More details available here.
