The Advance Your Voice (AYV) Speakers Bureau is a group of dedicated and passionate community members who have had direct experience with poverty, homelessness and marginalization. Members of AYV have completed a 6-week social justice and public speaking training program focused on building individual skill in the areas of: creative writing, storytelling, advocacy, communicating with government, working with the media, conflict resolution, and equity.

AYV members are available to speak at board meetings, community events, seminars, conferences, council meetings, or any community gathering that can benefit from sharing the human experience.
